Rosa Parks

When I was younger I thought that Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. was married to Rosa Parks but  now I know Rosa is not married to him it's Coretta Scott. Parks used to help Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. about white and black people getting along.


Ms. Rosa was sit in front of the bus a white man said "get up from my seat"!

Than she said "no" after that then she got arrested for nothing before all of this happen the bus driver said "are you going to get up of his seat".

Because back in the olden days white people sit up front and Blacks sit in the back.


In the movie the Story of Rosa Parks in the movie Rosa said to the man "get off for what I'm already on and besides it's raining"

Who'd played Rosa parks in this movie was Angela Bassestt she was playing Rosa in the movie that she was in that movie was made in 2002.


Ms.Parks died after Dr martin.Luther King.Jr because he got shot she died probably from getting older she died in October 24, 2005.She was a good women that tries to be nice or help to people in all color just like Dr.Martin Luther King Jr.


Civil Rights was during in the 1960s Civil war was during in the 1861 to 1865 they probably called it civil war because people where more aggressive to black people but now it's get a lot better in the 1960s whites where more aggressive to blacks than now.

More About Jillian Michaels

Jillian Michael's is the woman that was a Personal trainer on The Biggest Loser she was the woman that was yelling at the over weight contestants.

She sounds mean on the show and she used to get bullied in school.

I felt sorry for her she use to eat popcorn and ice cream in front if the TV. Child used to bully her about her weight.

Then she took Martial arts for 17 years and she also did Muay Thai and she has a black belt. Her spouse is Heidi Rhoades and her parents names are JoAnn McKarus and  Douglas McKarus.

Ms. Michael's use to weigh 175 pounds and now she weighs 117 pounds and Her parents have a different last name then her and maybe Michael's is her stage name.

She is also a mother and her children's names are Lukensia Michaels Rhoades that is her daughter and it said she was born in 2010 it does not say the day or the mouth she was born in Phoenix Michaels Rhoades in May 3, 2012.

She makes her own work out videos and she was also in TV shows like Kickin it is a TV show on Disney channel Jillian was just only on that one episode.

Demi Lovato's MMA

Demi Lovato's Loves MMA and some people say she can beat up Ronda Rousey. I heard she's only been taking MMA for a year and some people think she is going in the ring with Ronda Rousey.

 First of all you can not compare Ronda Rousey to Demi Lovato Ronda Rousey has been doing this for probably 20 years if Demi got into the ring with All of the  women and men in the UFC Lovato will get pulverized.

When people say Lovato can beat up Rousey and Lovato said " Not a chance." I agree with Demi she is to pretty to fight in a cage and actually any woman is to pretty to fight in a cage and that is why cage fighting should be banned all over the whole planet because it's dangerous.

  Demi fighting in a cage with her face all bloody and stuff will be very scary and sick because she is a very beautful woman and I do not want to see her face a bloody with scars and she might not live that long because people keep punching each other.

I weather if Demi Lovato stick to singing then fighting to make money and I do not think any body should be fighting in a cage.

I am not trying to be mean but her couch says she throws elbows better then most of the UFC guys which is impossible because she just started a little over a year and the UFC guys have been training for years.

I think her couch is just talking trash to make people scared I do not think Demi Lovato hits as hard as them or throws elbows better then the UFC guys and she should not fight in the cage with those guys and no women should because men are usually stronger then women.

I not stop Lovato for MMA she can do that if she wants but cage fighting is not a good idea for any body and actually it's the worst idea's that any person can choose and I do not care how tough you are and how long you train and how hard you train nobody should fight in a cage period.

That is why cage fighting should not exist any more forever because anybody could get hurt very bad actually cage fighting to make money to hurt other person should never existed in the first place.

Demi Let me tell you something you not bad at it you good and I saw a video that you punch Sylvester Stallon in the face he fell but he said "he slipt." If he really fell than I think your read but it's going to take you 10 or 20 years so Demi is not ready for the UFC and actually nobody can handle them selves in the UFC and no body is ready because any body could get hurt.

  I am just saying my opinion about you and I do not think it's good for you to fight in the UFC and not just you UFC fighters or any body and if people say you can beat up UFC guys and Ronda do not let any body tell you all this crap because your right those people have been training for years and you just started.

If any of your fans say you can beat then up they are liars and you should not listen to liar's and if your fans think that the devil is tell them to say that to you. And do not worry The Devil says I can beat them up to and I heard my GYM teacher I asked him do you know Ronda Rousey he said "no."

 I remember other times that he said he does know Ronda Rousey and he thinks I can win in a fight but I still know that's not true.

Demi in 20 more years we might be able to beat up Rousey but right know we can not beat her up yet. I would like to keep a secret if I know how to fight or not I do not know people to know until they mess with me all I could just say to people " It's best to leave me alone."

I do not think anybody should tell if they know how to fight on the internet because some body might pick up a gun if they saw you there's crazy people on the internet.

If it was your family and your friends you can tell you family if you want but people on the internet I weather let people know if I know how to fight or not if I were you.

If people want to be a UFC fighter they should go to a school without hurting each other and if people go in the UFC to make money I heard some people died and you do not want to be one of those people who died in a cage fight and if people are fighting in a cage that could cause damage to you muscles to you body and you might not be so strong and you want to be strong and your have to no how to take care of your muscles.

I heard people can get brain damage if they hit in the head hard enough and nobody should fight in a cage period and there are too much violence going on on this planet and it's very sad. And if people put Demi in the cage and if she gets hurt then I will yell at those couches if i ever saw them in real life because they are sick in the head if they put somebody in the cage if they learn MMA for only a little over a year.

And Demi Lovato is never going to fight in a cage with Ronda because Rousey retired from the UFC and you can not be in the UFC that long and Demi Lovato just started.

Today I will be writing about Betty White. She was on a show called The Golden Girls all of the cast died and she is still alive God bless her she is very lucky. Betty White was born in January 17, 1922 in Oak Park Illinois.

She was also in movies like Mama's Family, Hot in Cleveland, Life with Elizabeth and Betty White's Off Their Rockers. Her spouse is Allen Ludden since 1963-1981 and her second spouse was Lane Allen she married him since 1947-1949 and her first spouse was Dick Barker and she married him in 1945.

Her parents names are Tess Curtis White and Horace Logan White.

Sophia Grace and Rosie

Sophia Grace and Rosie are Musical artist. Rosie full name is Rosie Mcclelland and she was born in September 7, 2006 and her parents names are Danielle Brownlee and I do not know about her other parent.

Rosie was born in Essex in The united Kingdom that is in England.

 The last time I saw her videos she did not sounds like she was from England and Sophia Grace has parents and there names are Dominic Brownlee and Carly Brownlee. 

Those girls are cousins and it said Sophia has a new baby sister and Rosie has a new baby brother.

They have been on the Sophia and Grace The show and they like to have Tea Parties on their show and it seems like they like the color pink and they are very girly. I read Sophia Grace Brownlee favorite color is pink and she likes Littlest pet shop and likes Barbie dolls and she like every thing pink.

Rosie's favorite color is Orange and Pink and she like Barbies and she like cotton candy. She likes to go to Disney Land.

Her favorite foods are Cookies, Cupcakes, Cotton Candy and Mashed Potato's and Sophia Grace is favorite food is probably the same thing as her cousins our maybe even similar.

I use to like Pink and I wanted every thing in pink and I loved Barbie dolls My mother made this joke "What happened to my little girly girl that talks about pink and purple and now she talks about cage fighting!" Know my favorite color is yellow.

Because I used to be very girly I Imagined if I had children I wanted to have all girls so we can do girly stuff and know I want more boys because my mother said she thinks I want to turn my boys in to Huey and Riley from The Boondocks.

 

Different types of Martial art's

There are Different types of Martial arts Like Judo that is a sport they flip people over and twisted people up that means twist people arms or legs.

Jiu-Jitsu is flipping people over but it's more twisting people arms and legs and giving people arm bars.

They do not do that many punches and kicks. Taekwondo is more high kick.

 And kick boxing is punches and kicks and boxing is just punches and Karate is they punch kick and break board but they do not move they just stay in one area and Kung Fu they move more and Muay Thai is Kick boxing but it's more elbows and very hard kicks.

Kendo is fight with sticks and Fencing is more fighting with swords. And Savate is French kick boxing, Krav Maga is a Military Martial art that has boxing, wrestling, Aikido, Judo and Karate in it wrestling is more gabbing people.

Aikido is a Martial art that Holds, throws and uses locks on there Opponent's. Hapkido is Joint Locks,Grappling,throwing technique's the also teach people to use's weapons like knife's, sword's and rope they also learn kicks and punches. Tai Chi is a slow martial art and it's similar to yoga. It looks like their hit with more wood.

Mix Martial Arts is all of those Martial Arts and That is why there call it Mixed Martial Arts it's mixed with all of the martial arts and that is when Mixed Martial Arts is created.

Martial arts first started with people have to see animals and other people fight and that is how martial arts is created.

I heard that you can be very strong and can not hit hard you can be not so strong and hit hard because if any person a lot weak practice punches and kicks more then a person who is a lot bigger and strong the can beat up the bigger and strong person because the weaker person might practice technique's more.

People know the person that is not so strong is going to hit harder then a person that is bigger and strong because maybe Martial Arts couches have to test people. 

A person that is a lot Bigger and stronger might say " No a smaller weaker person is not suppose to hit harder I am bigger and stronger." I will say " Says who it's technique it's no a matter how big and strong you are."

Bigger and Stronger " People will say Why does technique matter why not strength." I would say 

" Well that is the way God wanted it and maybe God to be like that is because if he made like smaller and weaker people can not protect them selves from a stronger and bigger person weather they have more fighting technique or not maybe God wanted it to be if any body who is smaller and weaker can protect them selves from a bigger and stronger person to teach the bigger and stronger person not to bully people that are smaller and weaker then them."

If God created it to be that the smaller and weaker person can not protect them selves from the bigger and stronger person weather they have more fighting technique or not then it's not going to be fair for the bigger stronger person to be hurting them all the time and that will never teach the bigger and stronger person's lesson not to bully people who are a lot weaker than them.

So that is why I think God want it to be created that it does not matter how big and strong you are it's technique.

It's not how big and strong you are is technique and people found out it was really technique that matters because people have to see that a animal that practice longer on how to fight more then the bigger and strong animal the bigger and stronger animal is going to get beat up by the smaller and weaker animal because the smaller and weaker animal might have family that teaches it how to protect it self more in the wild.

Arnis is Sword fighting, Knife fighting and stick fighting and Jeet Kune Do it's a Martial art that Bruce Lee Created.

Kenpo is more Striking people and Silat is A martial art is when they so people not to break their hand. Wushu is a Martial art that you flip you self over and you fight with swords.

Capoeira is a Martial art where people dancing and music in the backround. Pencak Silat is a Martial art that people uses they full bodies they use strikes, grappling and throwing in addition to weaponry.

Ninjutsu is They flip people over the do kicks and those people also doing summer sults. Systema is when some one has a knife you can grab a person hand and flip them over. Kuntao is if some one has a knife you can twist there arm and bring them to the ground.
