It's a Big Big World and Sid The science kid

It's a Big Big World is created by Mitchell Kriegman. this show is about A preschool science series set in a lush jungle full of colorful animal characters. Discovery is the theme, whether it's geography or nature. Learning is fun with Snook the sloth and Madge the old wise turtle in a treehouse high above their rain forest known as Tree World.

This show is about A youngster named Sid, who aspires to a career in stand-up comedy, pitches a morning monologue to his stuffed animals that hinges on a burning question (such as "Why do bananas get brown spots?"), then spends the rest of the day searching for the answer in this hybrid combination of animation and puppetry from The Jim Henson Co., in its first PBS project since "Sesame Street."
