Robert Sylvester Kelly is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, and former professional basketball player.
A native of Chicago, Kelly began performing during the late 1980s and debuted in 1992 with the group Public Announcement. In 1993, Kelly went solo with the album 12 Play.
His been in a lot of trouble he was messing with young girls. He had sex with them. Grown men are not spouse to have sex with young girls even if the girls let him do it or they like it the call them rapping it's the law he is not spouses to do that.
He has children named Jaya Lee Kelly,Robert Sylvester Lee Kelly Jr. and Joann Lee Kelly. The boondocks made fun of R Kelly because his bad and he better not do it to his daughter because that will make me sicker. This man was born in January 8, 1967 in Chicago.
