Water Bill use to be free you did not have to pay for the water bill now people have to pay for the water bill. This is how people do it the write a bank check and They pay there bank check to the water company.
You also have to pay money to the Internet and There should be free internet because some people might not have to money to buy the internet. Lets say your on a plane you will have to pay the plane internet. Maybe there should be free plane internet as well.
Food should be free and Electric bills,water bill or any bill should be free because some people might not have enough money to buy a house and There should be free houses and you should go online to free houses.com and click on which house you want to get and type on that website of how long you would like to live in that house.
People need money I wish we lived in a world with out money and a lot of things should be free but there aren't.
